Available nationwide.
Every US commercial property gets a report. Enhanced state database coverage is live today for CA, TX, and FL.
Instant previews currently surface 13 of the 21 total report sources. Paid report runs add the remaining layers, including Parcel data (Realie), SDWIS drinking water systems, ICIS-Air compliance, TSCA facilities, ICIS FE&C enforcement, Air emissions context, CAA pipeline compliance, RCRA pipeline compliance.
Federal databases — all states
These 17 federal environmental sources are available nationwide.
Site-context layers
These 2 layers add parcel and physical context to every paid report.
State LUST / UST databases
One state-level source is routed per report based on the property state. Live enhanced states use dedicated integrations; all other states use the federal fallback source today.
Data gap policy
If a source is unavailable at the time of query, the report flags that data gap explicitly instead of silently omitting the source. Contact support within 7 days for a no-charge re-run when a source was unavailable at the time of query.
For federal fallback reports, the EPA UST Finder vintage (2018-2019) is disclosed on the report. Purchasers requiring current UST registration data for non-enhanced states should independently verify with the applicable state environmental agency.

Roadmap coverage states
These states have researched source mappings, but current customer orders still use federal fallback coverage until the state adapters ship.
